Welcome 2012!

Last written post here in this blog is way back in 9 April 2011. Its nearly a year, and since then we had slow down from taking online tasks, due to our bad experience with one of our clients.

Although we did not take any online tasks, but we do have few research that needs to be completed in 3 months last year. That is one of the reasons too that we did not have the time to update this blog nor posted anything. Currently, we are focusing in long term research, because that’s what we are good at.

We would also like to expand our services to photo editing, designing, and sales of merchandise in the next few months. It might be earlier that few months, but once we have decided on the roll out date, we will inform and advertise!

As for now, have a pleasant weekend, and TGIF 🙂

Lesson Learned

Hi guys, its been a while we did not update anything in here. Having a quite hectic schedule indeed.

Right now, we engage in research tasks. Need to complete this urgently. But what we have come through this couple of weeks is the thing that i would like to share with.

When dealing with our clients, we put such high trust and commitment between us. We respect our clients as much as we hope they will respect us. When dealing with a first time client, or a truly unknown client, we never set a limit or put up an agreement to ensure we get paid, when we finish the task. This is all because we believe that every clients are honest and true.

But it turns out that not every one in this world is honest and true. This is a lesson learned for us not to simply believe a person who turns out to be a potential client, and in just a couple of days can turn out to be a zero minded somebody with zero attitude.

Well, we got to do what we got to do in order to continue our survival. What happen is just another challenge that we need to face. There is no need to continue harrassing someone who you know, owes you for work you have done, but in the end, treating us like we have never met up with him.

This is call life, as it is and we enjoy life. Have a good weekend. Cheers 🙂

 

 

Long Holiday makes us a dull worker :)

Cheers!!

We are off for a long holiday due to Chinese New Year Celebration. It is still not too late to wish all folks out there for a Happy Rabbit Year.

Off from work for 4 consecutive days surely makes us a dull worker 🙂 Not only from Virtual PA task but also from our office tasks.

I have noticed that most people here in Malaysia still have a low sense of discovery on what Virtual Personal Assistant could do to help you ease your daily tasks.

For instance, for one of our clients, who wish to get back home during the holidays can’t managed to arrange for transportation herself as she is too caught up with her job. She entrusted us to bought a ticket for her, which we do. It is supposedly can be done online in terms of purchasing the ticket, however there have been a slight problem with the ticketing website.

This is not a problem for us, as we will find other way to ensure you get what you want. In her case, we ourselves get our but down at the ticketing office and deliver the tickets at our client doorstep, hassle free and one happy client we had served.

This is the extend to which a virtual personal assistant can help with your bookings or tasks.

Hectic Week Ahead!!

We have already feeling the heat of non-stop work but we loved it. Juggling with office task and also our services offered, we sometimes can’t seem to find time for ourselves. Nonetheless, we are happy to carry all task assign to us.

We are now also looking forward to write up business plans, translation and write ups regardless of topics.

Looking for home based data entry

Cheers for our first task!!

Cheers and thanks to our most loyal clients that we have known over the years. The first task is as expected, in the department of Assignment Services 🙂

We have identified that, since this is the starting of the semesters for all public university, assignment services will be among the busiest department of services that we offered.
